Artificial stone is made by crushing and grinding natural stone and then re-constituting it, in a mould, with cement mortar. Sandstones, marbles and limestone are well suited to the re-constitution process. The artificial stones include Modena, Verona rose, tankard, shale white, old brick, hand brick red.
